Acceptance

By requesting a briefing scope, commissioning a report, or using this website, you agree to these terms between you and Service Nestbase, operating from Hong Kong.

Services

We provide professional marine logistics reporting and port activity analytics as described on this site. Deliverables are informational documents and charts. We do not operate terminals, book freight, or clear customs.

Intellectual property

Unless a written engagement states otherwise, you may use final deliverables internally and with your customers. Our methods, templates, and unpublished working files remain our property. You may not resell our briefs as a competing reporting product.

Client materials

You warrant that any call logs or proprietary figures you supply may be used in the agreed deliverable. We will label private sources as agreed in the scope.

Liability

Reports reflect sources available at the time of preparation. We are not liable for operational decisions you make based on briefs, including scheduling, pricing, or customer commitments. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our engagements.
