Contact form submissions (name, email, optional report type, terminals of interest, message), correspondence, and engagement records needed to prepare marine logistics reporting.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted reporting work, invoice, and improve how we communicate about port activity analytics — never to sell mailing lists.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Contract files and invoices are retained as required under Hong Kong business record practices, typically up to seven years.

International transfers
